A Trip to the Jura Mountains
At the end of April, a whopping 48 pilots from IGG Switzerland traveled to the beautiful Jura region to join the Glovelier Model Flying Club for this year’s IGG Spring Flying event.
We were warmly welcomed with fresh croissants and good coffee. With great weather, the thermals were already kicking in from time to time. At noon, we took an hour-long break and enjoyed a delicious lunch (ham and potato gratin)—it was simply delicious...! In the afternoon, we had some breathtaking flights that lasted up to an hour and a half. Afterward, we had some drinks and snacks. What more could you ask for! A big thank you to the Powerschlepp team. And, of course, to the members of MG Glovelier for their hospitality and warmth. It was a great day with you all—we’d love to come back!
