Leomotion GmbH Changes Hands

We are pleased to announce that we—Urs Leodolter, Guido Patroncini, and Markus Müller—will be handing over Leomotion GmbH to Mario Rupper effective January 1, 2024. This decision was made after careful consideration and planning to ensure the long-term sustainability and continued growth of our company and to provide continuity for you as our customers and suppliers.

Leomotion GmbH has always been known for its customer focus and consistency. We have focused on providing our customers with high-quality products and services while continuously improving and expanding our business processes. These values continue to be upheld under the new leadership.

Mario Rupper brings a wealth of experience and knowledge that will guide Leomotion GmbH into the next phase of its development. Mario Rupper is not only an accomplished model builder but also a gifted model pilot. We are confident that, under his expert leadership, our company will continue to thrive and that our long-term goals will be pursued in a sustainable manner.

The company’s headquarters will remain in Russikon, ZH. During the transition period, all business processes will continue as usual, and nothing will change for you as a supplier or customer. Your credit notes and gift certificates will remain valid. Our team is committed to making the business transition as smooth as possible.

Urs Leodolter, Guido Patroncini, and Markus Müller will continue to serve as advisors to Mario Rupper and will remain on site. They will scale back their operational involvement at Leomotion GmbH somewhat in order to focus more on the development and production of their own line of motors. For this purpose

Motor production was spun off from Leomotion GmbH and transferred to Leomotion Drives AG (www.LeomotionDrives.com), which is led by Urs Leodolter. In the future, Leomotion Drives AG will not only serve the RC sector through RC specialty retailers (B2B), but will also offer services and products for industrial applications. Leomotion GmbH remains the exclusive distribution channel for Leomotion Drives motors in

in Switzerland for RC applications.
