The event planned for the Buttikon airfield had to be moved to Pfäffikon after heavy rains caused flooding at the Buttikon airfield. Since the F5A final program is a freestyle routine set to music, the class lends itself well to being combined with F6A Artistic Aerobatics on a single day. This makes the organization more worthwhile. Once again, the organizer had no reason to complain about the participation of young and very young performers.

As it does every year, the FaKo Freiflug will hold its traditional seminar at the Aarau Barracks in February 2013. It will take place on February 9 or possibly February 16, 2013 (the final date will be published in issue No. 1/2013 of “modell flugsport” and on the SMV website under “Events”).

The planned topics are cross-disciplinary and are not limited to free-flight enthusiasts. Anyone interested in any area of model aviation is invited to attend this event.
