Supporting Youth—It's That Simple!

A few weeks ago, Laura Lüscher, a teacher, contacted the Model Flying Association (SMV) by email because she was interested in using the SMV glider in her classroom. The SMV made it available quickly and without any red tape. The only condition: a few lines of text and

photos of the building project. Below are both, along with best wishes to the class from Obererlinsbach—and, of course, to their teacher, who wrote the following:

“This is the 3rd-grade class from the Kretz School in Obererlinsbach. We’ve been studying the atmosphere, especially flying and the weather. I think everyone really enjoyed it. I certainly did! I hope you find a suitable photo for your magazine. The children would, of course, be proud to see themselves.”
